Dr. Bays was born and raised in Missouri. She received her master’s degree in veterinary public health and her doctorate in veterinary medicine from the University of Missouri.  Dr. Bays is passionate about preventative care, internal medicine, and senior pet care. She has a soft spot for miniature schnauzers and other terrier breeds.

In her spare time, Dr. Bays loves to read, bird-watch, and hike. She has a miniature schnauzer named Aegon and a Welsh terrier named Albus.
